My route into commercial photography was driven by my desire as a graphic designer to achieve more professional results in my clients' printed material.

Having always loved photography and, for as long as I can remember, always having a camera close to hand, I made a conscious decision to make photography my core business.

With a background which includes graphic design, I have a good understanding of how commercial photography works as well as having accrued many hours of Photoshop experience.

Of course, photography for me, is primarily about the joy of image making and the challenge of working with that infinitely variable conundrum ... light.
